Our Garden

We grow our own organic produce in our gardens and in our olive orchard at the Paşaköy Plains which we use in our kitchen. We are proud to serve you our own olives and olive oil each season after harvesting and processing in the month of October. Our homemade cakes and pastries accompany every breakfast and enrich tea and coffee servings throughout the day.
